Q:Is there any tracking Number for my item?
A:Yes!! All the items we ship can be tracked,the tracking number will be updated timely after we send out the goods,may an exceptional case happen ,we will contact you ASAP.
Q:Do we have a quality Guarantee?
A:Yes!! We guarantee the quality for 7 days after the delivery of the goods,should you have any quality problems, you must take a photo first and send it to us.We will try our best to give you a satisfying answer.
Q:What is the shipping policy?Why is the shipping cost so expensive?
A:Our strore insist using the international standard Express such as DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX,and our local standard transportation EMS,which are faster within 15 days and will not harm the goods in transportation.The cost of shipping method above is calaulated by the bigger one of (weight,volume weight),so if the box is too big that exceed the volume that a certain weight equals,the actual weight will be the volume weight.So that’s why you may wonder that a 5 kg box cost so much for transportation,not because it is heavy but because it is too big.Thus,atvantage comes when you buy 2 or 3 box together(they should be able to nested together).
Q:Can you do Drop-Ship for me?

Q:Should I pay tax for the Customs fee in my country?
A:Maybe. Import tax policies differ in different countries,while the main issue lies in the cargo value.The Customs often have a policy that a cargo value exceed a certain amount should pay import tax.So you can check the policy and if you have the need to aviod the tax you should ask us to declear a lower value of your cargo.And also,the Customs will often open the packages ramdonly to check the goods and may require a tax paid,this will be out of our control,you just pay it.
